Standard Return Policy

If item is being returned due to defects discovered upon receipt of item, we will attempt to replace item with identical item. However, due to the nature of the site and the limits on the number of identical items available, should no identical item be available then a full refund of the purchase price will be returned; the customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs to return item as well as a nominal restocking charge.
All items must be returned in the original carton or packaging with original packing slip(s) included therein. Please contact our customer service department for information on returning items.
